Food, Your Body & Your Biofield: Part 1, 2 & 3
The "Food, Body & Biofield Series" is broken down into three segments, each part contains eight one-hour sessions. This course is dedicated specifically to those struggling with their relationship with food and their body. Throughout this course we aim to develop a healthier, more empowered connection to the two. We will focus on gaining and maintaining control over natural food consumption - eating when we're hungry and stopping when we're full.
Our choices tied to food arise from a place of self-love, self-respect, and a genuine desire to nourish ourselves and enjoy what we eat. Biofield Tuning makes it possible to locate and liberate the structures in our minds which bind us into places of powerlessness and opens us up to other potentials and possibilities. This process can bring you face to face with your suppressed "wild self," your deepest fears, and all of the emotions you have developed for food.
