Guided by pioneering sound therapist Eileen McKusick, this session takes a holistic approach to beauty and wellness, addressing internal and external factors that impact skin health. Beginning with gentle, guided breathwork, Eileen uses tuning forks to support detoxification, ease inflammation, and enhance circulation. Special attention is given to the liver and thyroid, both of which influence skin clarity, texture, and tone.

Throughout the session, Eileen addresses how environmental pollutants, cosmetics, electromagnetic exposure, and emotional stress can contribute to aging, skin sensitivity, and derma flare-ups. She also explores how our beliefs about aging and self-image may shape the skin’s expression over time, encouraging you to shift outdated patterns and embrace new ways of caring for your body’s largest organ.

Working with an Aloe Vera plant as a surrogate, the session invokes the plant’s hydrating, healing energy as a model for skin hydration, suppleness, and regeneration. This experience is deeply calming to the nervous system and invites you to release old cellular imprints while absorbing new information for long-term health, resilience, and radiance.
