How We Calculate Shipping Insurance

We offer optional premium shipping insurance to give you peace of mind when ordering our physical goods, such as tuning forks and other items that can be shipped. Insurance costs are calculated only on the value of these tangible products. You will not be charged insurance on non-shippable items like online classes, videos, or audio files that may also be in your cart.

The insurance price is based on your cart’s total value of physical goods:

  • Orders up to $100 → Insurance is $1.95

  • $100 – $200 → Insurance is $2.95

  • $200 – $300 → Insurance is $3.95

  • $300 – $400 → Insurance is $4.95

  • $400 – $500 → Insurance is $5.95

  • $500 and above → Insurance is $9.95

⚠️ IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE PREMIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION:

Biofield Tuning is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the parcel leaves our facility unless Premium Shipping Protection is selected at checkout.

✅ WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST:

  • Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received your package.
    Please allow up to 5 business days for your parcel to arrive.
  • Item shows as still in transit and has not been delivered within 20 days. 

🔧 WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED:

  • Items arrive bent, twisted, deformed, or visibly damaged in transit.
  • Contents are missing due to the box/packet opening in transit.

Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or incomplete.

We require photographic evidence of the damaged or tampered items in order to process a claim.

❌ WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

  • Packages delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Transit delays 
  • Customs-related delays or fees.
    If your parcel is stuck at customs, please contact your courier directly. 
    Refusing to pay customs fees forfeits any refund, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

📬 HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM:

If your parcel is lost or damaged and you purchased Premium Shipping Protection:

  1. Email us at info@biofieldtuning.com
  2. Use ‘Premium Shipping Protection’ as the contact reason.
  3. Include your order number and any relevant photos. 

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours.

If the parcel is later found, we ask that it be returned to us - we will cover the return shipping.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Do not contact us about a lost parcel until the designated wait time (up to 5 business days post-delivery scan) has passed.
  • Premium Shipping Protection is nonrefundable.
  • If you purchase shipping insurance, it will display as a separate charge.
  • By selecting Premium Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms above.

📦 POLICY FOR UNPROTECTED PARCELS:

If you choose not to purchase Premium Shipping Protection:

  • You will need to file a claim with the courier, based on their policies and timeframes.
  • Courier claim resolutions may take 6–8 weeks, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
  • If the courier provides GPS, photographic delivery confirmation, or evidence that the package was delivered to your address, left in a secure location, or received by a neighbor, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
