How We Calculate Shipping Insurance

We offer optional premium shipping insurance to give you peace of mind when ordering our physical goods, such as tuning forks and other items that can be shipped. Insurance costs are calculated only on the value of these tangible products. You will not be charged insurance on non-shippable items like online classes, videos, or audio files that may also be in your cart.

The insurance price is based on your cart’s total value of physical goods:

  • Orders up to $100 → Insurance is $1.95

  • $100 – $200 → Insurance is $2.95

  • $200 – $300 → Insurance is $3.95

  • $300 – $400 → Insurance is $4.95

  • $400 – $500 → Insurance is $5.95

  • $500 and above → Insurance is $9.95

This tiered approach keeps coverage affordable while scaling protection with your order value. Whether you’re purchasing a single tuning fork or a larger shipment of tools, your package will be insured for its full value at a fair price.

We understand shipping issues can be frustrating, and we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the courier. However, we are not financially liable for any loss or damage once the parcel leaves our facility unless insurance is purchased.

✅ WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST:

  • Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received your package.
    Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. Occasionally couriers prematurely mark a package as delivered. It may still show up, be redelivered or been left in a secure location or with a neighbor.
  • We reserve the right to classify the issue as a delay during peak shipping periods or known courier disruptions.
  • Should a package be deemed missing or lost, Biofield Tuning will, at their discretion, replace or refund the item.

🔧 WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED:

  • Items arrive bent, twisted, deformed, or visibly damaged in transit.
  • Contents are missing due to the box/packet opening in transit.

Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or incomplete.
We require photographic evidence of the damaged or tampered items in order to process a claim.

❌ WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

  • Packages delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Transit delays not classified as lost.
  • Orders that are still marked as unfulfilled or unshipped due to inventory or internal processing delays.
  • Customs-related delays or fees.
    If your parcel is stuck at customs, please contact your courier directly and pay any required duties.
    Refusing to pay customs fees forfeits any refund, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you request your order be left unattended (e.g., porch, mailbox, etc.) and it goes missing, we are not responsible. This is aligned with standard courier policies.

📬 HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM:

If your parcel is lost or damaged and you purchased Premium Shipping Protection:

  1. Email us at info@biofieldtuning.com
  2. Use ‘Premium Shipping Protection’ as the contact reason.
  3. Include your order number and any relevant photos. 

Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours.

If the parcel is later found, we ask that it be returned to us - we will cover the return shipping.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Do not contact us about a lost parcel until the designated wait time (up to 5 business days post-delivery scan) has passed.
  • Premium Shipping Protection is nonrefundable.
  • By selecting Premium Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms above.

📦 POLICY FOR UNPROTECTED PARCELS:

If you choose not to purchase Premium Shipping Protection:

  • We will assist you by filing a claim with the courier, based on their policies and timeframes.
  • Courier claim resolutions may take 6–8 weeks, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
  • If the courier provides GPS, photographic delivery confirmation, or evidence that the package was delivered to your address, left in a secure location, or received by a neighbor, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
