Free Shipping Qualifications

Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is available when your order meets all of the following requirements:

• Your order total is $250 or more.
• Your shipping address is within the continental United States.
• You do not use another promotion or discount.
• The calculated USPS Ground Advantage shipping cost is $30 or less. 

Free shipping applies only to USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited services, including USPS Priority Mail, do not qualify.

If your order does not meet these requirements, you will see the available shipping methods and costs at checkout.

Shipping Origin & Carriers

All orders are shipped from Colchester, Vermont, in the United States using one of the following carriers:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• UPS
• DHL

Shipping Options and Costs

At checkout, your available shipping options will be calculated automatically based on your shipping destination and the items in your order.

You will see the available shipping methods and the cost of each option during checkout. Depending on your destination and order total, some shipping methods may not be available.

Shipping charges vary based on the weight of your package, the contents of your order, and your shipping destination.

We offer DHL Express Worldwide for eligible international orders. DHL specializes in time-sensitive international delivery through its air and ground network.
