Please read the full course description carefully prior to purchase. Failure to meet course prerequisites does not warrant an exemption from the below policy.

If a request to transfer is made more than 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DAY 1 of your scheduled training, 100% of your tuition will be transferred and a $100 transfer fee will be added to your order.*

If a request to cancel is made more than 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DAY 1 of your scheduled training, 100% of your tuition will be refunded, less any store processing fees.**

If a request to cancel is made 30 TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DAY 1 of your scheduled start date, 50% of your tuition will be considered forfeit and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method, less any store processing fees. ** No transfers will be accepted.

If a request to cancel is made 14 DAYS OR LESS to the first day of class, 100% of your tuition will be considered forfeit. No transfers will be accepted.

No transfers, cancellations or refunds will be accepted on or after 14 days prior to your training. Should you cancel last minute, your full tuition will be considered forfeit. Submit all requests to info@biofieldtuning.com for support.

You must confirm you are in agreement with the final amount to be refunded within 24 hours of receiving a response to your request.

* Due to a high volume of transfer requests, Biofield Tuning has instituted a $100 transfer fee to cover increased administrative & class expenses. This policy is intended to provide support to students who require an alternative course date(s) while also ensuring that our mission of bringing high quality education to as many students as possible is supported.
