Bones, Collagen / Fascia & Skin

This series of three one-hour sessions works on our bones, collagen, fascia and skin; the structures that contain our bodies.

In the first session we explore the crystalline, electrical nature of our bones, taking a journey through the skeleton, strengthening and enlivening this important system.

In the second session, we explore the collagen microfiber system that exists everywhere in the body. Collagen is a semi-conductor, meaning that it is responsible for an enormous network of light/information transfer. We will find and release blocks and resistance in this system, leading to better inter-cellular communication.

Lastly we explore the nature of the skin and see what it needs to be healthy, strong & resilient.
