Tuning Fork Audio Experience

Guided by pioneering sound therapist Eileen McKusick, this two-part audio session focuses on clearing, balancing, and revitalizing the arms and hands — key channels for both giving and receiving in our daily lives. Using weighted tuning forks and targeted biofield techniques, Eileen works through the physical structures and surrounding energetic fields to dissolve old patterns, release stored tension, and restore full, harmonious flow from fingertip to shoulder.

In the first session, Eileen works with both arms together, running sound directly into the palms, wrists, forearms, elbows, shoulders, and fingers. This stage addresses patterns of over-giving, resistance to receiving, inherited emotional imprints, and physical strain from repetitive use. Energetic “short-circuits” are reconnected, while palm tunings help reawaken your natural magnetic capacity to receive.

The second session works to shift into the surrounding biofield of the arms, addressing deep ancestral, cultural, and — at times — past life influences that inform how we act, hold, or restrict our upper limbs. The session clears dense, outdated stories of burden, fear, or self-limitation, replacing them with a fresh “clean slate” blueprint of strength, flexibility, and openness. Both sides are balanced and integrated, creating a grounded sense of lightness and vitality in the arms, shoulders, and upper spine.
