Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchases, we accept returns of physical products within 30 DAYS of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, your item(s) must be in their original condition and with original packaging (including blue velvet pouches and accessory hardware, where applicable).

Return Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.*
  • 10% restocking fee applied to all returned physical goods. 

*We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Product Condition

All returned items are assessed with care before issuing a refund to the original payment method.

  • Tuning forks | Items with marks, indentations, signs of damage caused by attached accessories, missing hardware or incomplete packaging may be ineligible for a full refund.
  • Jewelry | Items showing clear signs of wear, damage, alteration or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Before You Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address associated with the placement of your order
  • Reason for the return

For timely processing, please email RETURNS@BIOFIELDTUNING.COM with your tracking number, so our team can process your return as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Digital products, including audio and video products, have a 30-day return or exchange period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

  • Audio sessions may be accessed directly through the Digital Library without being downloaded. Downloaded audio files are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Video products that have been viewed multiple times are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Video products cannot be downloaded. However, if a video product includes downloadable files or other assets and those materials have been downloaded, the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing

It may take up to three business days for us to process your refund request.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your refund information.

After you receive the refund confirmation email, it may take up to seven business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original payment method. Processing times are determined by your financial institution.

If your refund does not appear in your account after seven business days, please first confirm its status with your financial institution. You may then contact us at returns@biofieldtuning.com for additional assistance.
