Understanding & Overcoming Procrastination
One of the reasons we procrastinate is because we don’t know the why of our behavior. Are we subconsciously choosing to self-sabotage? Do we not feel worthy of the rewards of completion? Are we lazy, afraid, or avoiding information that is necessary to proceed?
In this one hour session, we will analyze the why of our behavior patterns and work to remove the subconscious blocks that are inhibiting us from moving forward. Additionally, we will review some simple exercises that can support your ability to be more effective and efficient in every aspect of your life.
