Optimally, the Third Eye Center is about being completely grounded in the present moment. When the third eye center is balanced, energy is not stuck on past (left side) or future (right side) thinking rather we light up circuits that support presence in the now. This especially powerful session tunes and energizes the antenna-like pineal gland, which picks up the vibrational information that connects us to the the Earth and the frequency of life itself.
