The Vagus Nerve

This series contains three 1-hour sessions in which we thoroughly explore the vagus nerve, aiming to improve its overall function. As the longest of the cranial nerves, the vagus nerve interfaces with your parasympathetic nervous system, (your inner nerve center) and oversees a wide range of crucial functions. It is recognized as a key element in our physical and emotional health.

Furthermore, it is responsible for the body’s fight or flight response as it is the negotiation epicenter of your sensory and motor impulses to every organ in your body.

This series works well in conjunction with the Fine Tuning the Brain series and Brain/Vagus Nerve Integration.
