TRANSFERS

If a request to transfer is made at least 20 DAYS PRIOR TO DAY 1 of your scheduled training, 100% of your tuition is transferrable in the form of store credit* Submit all requests to info@biofieldtuning.com for support.

If a request to transfer is made LESS THAN 20 DAYS PRIOR TO DAY 1 of your scheduled start date, 15% of your tuition will be considered forfeit and the remaining balance will be transferred to an alternative course of your choice.

* Due to a high volume of transfer requests, Biofield Tuning has instituted a $50 transfer fee to cover increased administrative & class expenses. This policy is intended to provide support to students who require an alternative course date(s) while also ensuring that our mission of bringing high quality education to as many students as possible is supported. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your reservation at least 20 DAYS PRIOR TO DAY 1 of your scheduled training, 75% of your tuition will be refunded to the original method of payment.

If you request to cancel your reserved seat with LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE of your scheduled training, 50% of your tuition will be considered forfeit and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.

No transfers, cancellations or refunds will be accepted on or after Day 1 of your training. Should you cancel last minute, your full tuition will be considered forfeit
