The Root Center

This deeply powerful session addresses and tunes the foundational Root Energy Center. When the root is balanced, open, and energized, we experience groundedness, connection to the earth, safety, security, and order. From this rooted, empowered state, we can enjoy a sense of “right livelihood” where we're not busy over doing things for other people or frustrated over unmet needs. This tuning enhances the integrity of the biofield and promotes optimal functioning of healthy, clear boundaries.
