The Sacral center is one of the most challenging of all of our centers. Physical discomforts like low back and hip pain, lower digestive tract woes, and tricky emotions like guilt, shame, disappointment, frustration and helplessness can all get in the way of the gifts to be found here. The inner critic and taskmaster, as well as victim, can also obstruct our ability to enjoy creativity, sensuality, pleasure and healthy self worth. This session helps brighten, open and engage this center more fully.
