The Sonic Anatomy is a collection of 24 sounds that resonate naturally in specific areas of our human bodies. There are 12 Tones - that move forward and backward FROM the body - and 12 Demitones - that resonate IN the body.
Whether using one tone to work on a specific area, or all 24 tones concurrently, the process of sounding these tones opens up the body and gets energy and breath flowing where it has been stuck or stagnant.
