
Increasing Self Confidence
The definition of self-confidence is being secure in yourself and your abilities. It’s trusting yourself, knowing that you have the capacity to experience any range emotions without being harmed. It’s an all encompassing view of how you perceive yourself and your belief of what others see in you.
In this one hour Biofield Tuning audio session, hosted by Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner and Director of Training, Jillian Faldmo, we will work on the areas of the biofield that relate to the confidence we have in our internal and external self-image.
Having self-confidence is not a trait that everyone is born with and for some, obtaining it and maintaining it requires work and just like any other skill, requires practice. By locating and harmonizing the areas in the biofield where our self-confidence may have been stifled, Jillian aims to equip you with the tools needed to unveil a new level of self assurance that you may have never known to be possible.
