This session is hosted by Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner Damla Aktekin.
Many of us have a tendency to internalize or compartmentalize stress. In the hustle bustle of our busy lives, it can be difficult to fully release this tension, even in our downtime. Some of us may have even forgotten how to relax. Decompressing is easy for some, but for others, truly letting go can be challenging and sometimes frightening.
While some stress may be useful and encourages us to grow, we are not designed to hold and store high levels of perpetual stress. Your body needs a break from work, the kids, the news and all of the pieces of our daily lives that we are constantly juggling. To function optimally, we must feed our body’s craving for deep, total relaxation.
In this one hour Biofield Tuning group audio session, hosted by Certified Practitioner Damla Aktekin, we will induce a deeply relaxing, meditative state, rejuvenating your nervous system and invite peace and calm to fill your entire being.
(Please Note: Aside from an initial introduction, Damla will be providing very little verbal feedback and/or coaching. The intention behind the Practitioner remaining quiet throughout this session, is to allow you to be fully present within your body and deeply dive into the beauty of the tones produced by the tuning forks. )
