Finding a natural rhythmic pace can be challenging with life’s constant unpredictability. Sometimes without even realizing it we subconsciously slip into old stories, which can cause a cumulative build of internal tension, launching us into a pattern of anxious fretting.
In this one hour Biofield Tuning group audio session hosted by Certified Practitioner, Christine Dodd, we will work to physically and mentally breathe ourselves into a soothing state of equilibrium.
By realigning the energetic current through the central channel and neutralizing any pent up charge trapped within the biofield, we can begin shedding old patterns that restrict our breath. Taking air into our lungs and expelling it is vital to our very existence and by doing so, we inherently open up areas of constriction, reconnect with our truest selves and improve upon the fluidity of life itself.
