Processing Pain
Please Note: This session is hosted by Director of Training and Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Jillian Faldmo.
No one is exempt from feeling pain. Whether it be from the effects of coping with a global pandemic, racial trauma and inequality or loss of a loved one, we all experience varying degrees of hurt. While there is much division and separation in the world, there is one common place where we can unite - in our pain.
Just as we experience physical pain, enduring emotional pain is wildly uncomfortable and can be interpreted by the brain as an attack or threat to our body, mind or heart. This can result in a knee-jerk fight or flight response which then leads to more separation and division. By dropping our defenses, we can get more in touch with our pain and show up in the world with greater authenticity.
In this one-hour group audio session, Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner and Director of Training, Jillian Faldmo, will guide us to embrace our emotional and physical discomfort rather than retreating or resisting. When we allow ourselves to experience our own pain, we can be present with others in theirs, leading to more connection and unity in the world.
