A common obstacle for feeling loved and loving ourselves is living with regret and shame rather than acceptance. While we have a tendency to invest our energy into loving and forgiving others, many live with an internalized misconception that we are undeserving of our own love and forgiveness.
During this one-hour Biofield Tuning audio session with Certified Practitioner Christine Dodd, we will work to bring coherence to the areas in your biofield that may hold misinformation of unworthiness. Releasing tension trapped within these memories and thought patterns allows us to open ourselves up to experiencing joy more deeply.
